Oh the happiness you feel when eating a grilled cheese! There are no big secrets about them but here’s a very special recipe; Marshall’s Grilled Cheese.

For one sandwich you’ll need

  • Two slices of sourdough bread

  • 150g of grated Cheddar

  • 50g of grated low moisture Mozzarella

  • 30g of Butter

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the skillet

  2. Add butter to one side of each slice of bread

  3. Add more butter to the skillet (yes, more butter!)

  4. In with one slice of bread, butter side down

  5. Add the Cheddar and the Mozzarella

  6. Top up with the other slice of bread, butter side up

    leave it for a couple of minutes

  7. Flip the sandwich

    let it get brown and golden

  8. Out of the skillet
